The Rivendell Farms of the Carolinas (RFC) team and the organizations we work with to promote and encourage what is our greatest passion – building healthy and sustainable communities.    By its very nature healthy and excellent tasting food is essential for the quality of life and joyful celebrations are hallmarks of a healthy community.   Our team is dedicated to protecting the “foundation stones” of good food and local farming that support this community building effort.
