Baking and Canning Courses

Rivendell Farms will offer a wide variety of training in the “old fashioned” skills like bread baking, grinding wheat, food storage and canning. In addition to courses showing “neighborhood” farmers the benefits of these timeless skills, our family farming team sells farm fresh eggs and homemade, fresh ground whole wheat bread with no preservatives or chemical additives.

Rivendell Farms has been inspected and received required training in basic food safety procedures from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.
